What is the subscription LOG?
At Clicksign, every electronically signed document has an attached page with the complete signature history. We call this section Log of signature and it is in it where, in detail, the entire identification and authentication process of those involved is recorded.
In it we find information such as: names, IP addresses, mails, authentication method, and subscription times.
With the signed parts, the file receives two important markings after its finalization: the first is the document number in Clicksign, which is present on every page; and the second is the Hash unique from the original file. Log of signatures works as the link between the document and the signers, with the specific purpose of serving as legally valid evidence. The document finalized with Log is stamped with the Clicksign digital certificate, which indicates, in an auditable way, the origin of the Clicksign platform.
