How to prove an electronic signature?
At Clicksign, every document signed electronically has an attached page with the complete history of the signatures. We call this section Subscription log and it is in it where the entire process of identity and authentication of those involved. It contains names, IP addresses, emails, authentication method, and subscription times.
With the signed parts, the file also receives two important marks after its finalization: the first is the Clicksign document number, which is present on every page; and the second is the Single hash of the file original.
The Signature Log acts as the link between the document and the signers, with the specific purpose of serving as legally valid evidence. The document finalized with the Log is stamped with the Clicksign digital certificate, which indicates, in an auditable way, the origin of the Clicksign platform.
