Why does Clicksign process my personal data?
Here at Clicksign, we process your personal data to ensure that the functionality of the Platform is offered to you in the best possible way. This includes personalizing and improving your user experience. In some cases, we may use your data to carry out communications or other marketing activities. We may also handle your personal data to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or even to resolve legal, administrative, or arbitral issues.
For how long does Clicksign process my personal data?
Clicksign keeps personal data stored on the platform for as long as necessary to license the software to users, comply with legal obligations, protect their interests, and ensure the security of the platform, even after requests to delete or close the account.
Does Clicksign share my personal data with third parties?
Given the nature of our services, it is possible that personal data may be shared with third parties, such as, for example, at the time of electronic signature. At the end of the process, your information is shared among the signers, who receive a copy of the signed document. We may also share personal data with vendors or partners to provide certain types of signature authentication. In other cases, for legal, judicial or administrative reasons, we will need to share data with authorities and third parties. Clicksign does not sell your personal data.

Registration of Treatment Activities
As required by the General Personal Data Protection Act, Clicksign has an inventory of Personal Data Processing activities, updated annually. In this inventory we also record information such as the purpose and legal basis of the activities.
Account and Access Management
In order to comply with the principle of minimization, purpose and necessity of Personal Data, Clicksign has an account management and access management process, guided by the least privilege per function.
Supplier risk management
Clicksign has a process for managing its suppliers, which involves an assessment of integrity, information security and personal data protection risks. Our suppliers are approved and monitored periodically.
