How to download the document in P7S format
Download through the Clicksign Validator
The .P7S extension is linked to digitally signed text files using cryptography according to the PKCS 7 standard. This may be a file format requested, for example, by protest registry offices.
Clicksign's standard is to provide electronically signed documents in .pdf format, which is the most common format that is easily opened on any computer or mobile device.
This format (P7S) does not identify the parties that signed the document. If this is your need, the format of the document containing the signature information is PAdES.
Follow these steps to download the document signed through Clicksign in P7S format:
1) Access the Clicksign Validator
2) To proceed with the Clicksign Validator, have the document signed in .PDF on your computer (it is possible to download the document on the platform itself). With the document signed in .PDF, access the indicated area to obtain it in P7S format.

3) Upload the .PDF and get the file in P7S format.

In case of an error, the document (.pdf) being used may not be the signed document. In this situation, we recommend that you download the signed document on the platform. It should be noted that only documents signed through the Clicksign platform are capable of being converted to the P7S format using the Clicksign Validator.
