How to make an electronic signature?
In a simplified way, an electronic signature occurs when an electronic file (for example, a document) is linked or logically associated with other electronic data as an authentication method.
At Clicksign, the history of these transactions is recorded in a Signature Log attached to the finalized document. Learn more about Log.
How are the people who sign the document identified?
The platform registers multiple authentication points of the signers, which may include the email address (confirmed using the token code), cell phone (confirmed through a token code sent by SMS or phoned SMS), IP address, name and social security number (compared with the Federal Revenue Service). Optionally, Clicksign also offers other advanced authentication factors.
