How do I submit my document to a public service?

If the public service (e.g. notary office, commercial registry, company with a public relationship) does not accept your document in electronic format, you must provide the physical (printed) version of the document signed through Clicksign.

Follow the steps below to submit your document to a registry office, Commercial Registry, or other public service.

  1. Print the signed document
  2. Upload the signed document in Generate Access Term
  3. Print the Access Term
  4. Place the Access Term together with the signed printed document
  5. Introduce yourself to the public servant and indicate that he can access https://validador.clicksign.com to confirm the document's authenticity.

Remember to print the number of routes normally requested.
