Is electronic signature secure?

Is electronic signature secure?

After the signatures are finalized, the document is securely stored, as in a digital safe. Save or export — it's up to you! An electronically signed document has the entire history of the signatures in the same file.

How is a document protected against changes?

We use hashing - a high-security SHA-256 algorithm - to protect the integrity of the files. A verification based on this algorithm ensures that a document has not been changed.

Where are the signed documents stored in physical location?

Clicksign's servers are located in Amazon Web Services datacenters in Brazil and the United States. As long as they remain saved on the platform, Clicksign secures all documents with an AES-256 encryption algorithm - a high encryption standard.

Once signed, does the document have to remain with Clicksign?

Documents signed on Clicksign do not have to remain on the platform for them to be legally valid. Every document is stamped with Clicksign's ICP-Brazil digital certificate, which proves its origin from the platform. Once finalized, it contains the subscription record.
