More flexibility and speed in sending multiple documents

The envelope allows you to send several documents within the same shipment, whether for signature by one or more signers, individually defining which documents each signer will sign.

All of this is done from a single shipping screen, facilitating the sending experience and bringing more speed to the contract submission process.

Select different signers for each document in the same shipment

Now it is also possible to send documents to be signed by different signers in the same shipment, that is, in the same envelope. So you can customize which signer should sign each document.

Each signer can only access the documents assigned to them, bringing more security to the signing process.

Track and edit envelope settings even after shipping

After sending, keep track, in one place, of all the documents contained inside the envelope, their status, settings, and more.

Even after submitted, the envelope's documents and signers can still be changed. This edition allows you to include or remove documents and/or signers from the signing process, as well as naming the envelope, making it easier to find it.

But be careful: the envelope can only be edited if it is still in the process of being signed. If it has already been finalized, that is, if all subscriptions have been completed, it can no longer be edited.

It is worth remembering that the signer can also only be removed if he has not yet signed any document assigned to him.

In the same way, to remove a document from the envelope, it cannot have received any signature or have been finalized.

Bulk subscription, with a single click

Upon receiving an envelope, the signer can sign all the documents assigned to him with a single click, facilitating the process of signing multiple documents.

Positioned signature

When using handwritten signature authentication or requesting a signer's rubric, the operator can choose where these two should be placed when the document is signed.

The choice can also be made by the signer himself when signing the document.

New authentication: Proof of address

Request proof of the identity of the person who signs with proof of address authentication. Authentication can be chosen when sending the envelope for signature, determining which signers will have it as mandatory.

At the end of the signature process, the proof of address will be attached to the signed document, and the authentication will also be described in the document log.
