Who we are

Designed by its founders, Marcelo, Michael and Daniel, Clicksign was founded in 2010 with the objective of streamlining processes and bringing more security and efficiency to document signing procedures.

A pioneer in Brazil, Clicksign's technology relied on investments from funds Redpoint eVentures, Saasholic and Harvard Business School over the years, which provided the accelerated growth of Clicksign and the development of an innovative and secure environment for its users. Currently, more than 2 million documents are signed per month on the platform.

The purpose of Clicksign is to shorten the gap between simple and secure and to enable the construction of solid, prosperous and trust-based relationships in the digital environment.

Our governance model, based on our Code of Ethics and Conduct together with our internal organizational policies and good operating practices, guarantee Clicksign's ethical, transparent and responsible action and contribute positively to the generation of sustainable value for the Company and its stakeholders.
