The choice of electronic signature and Clicksign as a partner

SoftExpert needed an electronic signature platform that could meet the demand of clients throughout the country and with the possibility of already serving outside the country as well. This was very necessary, since, after the negotiation, it was necessary to send the documents for signature via logistics companies. This process generated costs, since it was necessary to ensure that the contracts were transported with a high level of security; and this is expensive. In addition, electronic signatures needed to be enforced by a reliable tool.

How was the implementation and how long did it take before it was done?

The integration of Clicksign's electronic signature platform with the SoftExpert tool is native and was tested for about 3 months until it became effective. In this process, in addition to the advantages of electronic signatures, the ease of the contracting plan was evaluated. In the initial moments, it was preferred to keep Clicksign only in the area of partnership contracts and, in the following phase, the other areas began to adopt in their routines.

Today, more than 95% of contracts signed at SoftExpert are made through Clicksign and, therefore, no longer require physical shipping.

SoftExpert clients and other signers praise the time gained in returning subscriptions. They used to take time because the shipment was sent by mail. In addition, because it did not involve physical logistics, the cost per document also decreased.
